Cassion Pipe
GENERAL
These pipes are use as extra casing with vertical turbine pumps typically installed inside Sea. These pipes are required to protect alignment of Pumps from sea waves Currentand High tides. These Pipes are generally used at Fire Fighting Pumping Station on Jetties. Caisson Pipes are tie with Wire rope and turn buckle arrangement for extra strengthening And Stability.

Foam Tank
GENERAL
The Foam Tanks are generally used For Storing the Foam Concentrate which is applicable in FoamFire Fighting systems. There are two types of Foam Tanks. Atmospheric Foam Concentrate Storage Tanks and Second is Foam Bladder Tank. These tanks are used with foam proportionating and Foam Inductor System Using with Water and Foam Combination With appropriate Ratio in emergency Situation of Fire.

Expansion Tank
GENERAL
An expansion tanks or expansion vessels are small tanks used to protect closed water heating systems/ domestic hot water systems/Fire Fighting Water Systems from excessive pressure developed in close Conduit Pipeline. This Excessive pressure is arrest via Expansion and Compression method with using Rubber Bladder. In Expansion tanks Rubber Bladder is used inside the tank with air in it. When The excess pressure is develop the rubber bladder is compressed because air is compressible media and when pressure is drop the Rubber bladder is Expand and occupy the initial Space.

Engine Air Start Systems
GENERAL
This System is used for starting the Engine which require in Fire Fighting Pump application on Jetties or Ports.
In engine Driven pumps generally initial start for Engine is taken with Battery. In Emergency condition or When Battery is Dry/Low the other Method that engine start is taken with engine air start system. This System is consist of One Vessel with Compressor Air in it with Suitable Pressure Rating. This pressure is maintain with respect to engine CFM And Min pressure requirement for tanking one start. The compressor air volume in the vessel is store for take 6 Start easily with respect to pressure drop. The min pressure required for the engine is reduce via pressure reducing Valve. This System is used in emergency condition.
HVLR Tower Monitors
GENERAL
Tower monitors are structural equipment used to increase the coverage area of fire monitors to use storage tanks at a certain height above the ground (for example, marine terminals) to extinguish fires.
The structure must stand alone, be resistant to wind and vibration, control the reaction forces of the fire monitor, accommodate all platforms, access ladders, pipes, etc.
Must carry water or fire extinguisher solution to the end of the building where the fire monitor is installed.
Fire monitor towers are usually made of carbon steel building materials. Material specifications such as shape, degree and thickness are based on and these monitors are designed and manufactured in accordance with standards.
